Luke Power Unveils 2024 Racing Livery At EICMA In Milan
Luke Power’s 2024 FIM Supersport World Championship season was officially launched last week during the latest edition of EICMA in Milan. EICMA is the largest European motorcycle expo in Europe and was the venue for the unveiling of the livery and line-up of the Motozoo ME AIR MV Agusta squad that Luke will race on the world stage with for the next two seasons.
In Italy for the week, Luke spent several days meeting existing sponsors and networking with potential new partners before taking to the WorldSBK Paddock Show stage with his team manager Fabio Uccelli and new team mate Federico Caricasulo on Saturday afternoon.
Luke’s new livery for the upcoming season was revealed during the presentation which also saw Luke meet with the fans after an on-stage interview.
The talented Aussie teen who scored world championship points and won a round of the Supersport Challenge in his debut WorldSSP season this year is now back in Australia with his eyes firmly focused on the new season.
“My first time at EICMA was such a great experience. It was a well run and well managed event with so many people who love the sport attending during the week. It was nice to meet so many new companies and also catch up with my sponsors before the big reveal on Saturday. Announcing on the Paddock Show stage was so cool and the reaction with the fans was something I won’t ever forget. The bike looks amazing, and I cannot wait to ride it. It was such a productive week and I know it has helped a lot with visibility and promotion which can only be a good thing for my future career. I am back in Australia now and looking forward to catching up with my family, but the work won’t stop as I will be back in Europe for testing in January before the first round of the championship in February. I want to thank everyone who has supported me and continues to support me – here’s to a great 2024!”
