Top Six Finish For Luke Power In Virginia

Luke Power managed another top six placed finish in the latest round of the 2022 MotoAmerica Supersport Championship, after jetting back to the US literally hours before the opening free practice session got underway.

VIR, another new circuit for the Aussie teen, appeared easy to learn with Luke qualifying a more than respectable ninth ahead of Saturday and Sunday’s races.

Race 1 saw another gritty performance from the #68 who crossed the line in sixth after a hard fought eighteen laps.

Race 2 looked like bringing another front running result, but unfortunately Luke crashed before half distance, thankfully without injury.

After four rounds Luke sits eighth overall in the 2022 MotoAmerica Supersport Championship.
